Implementation of Discipline Culture in Educational Environment

Discipline is a good culture that every educator always wants. To create of discipline, educators and principals need special strategy. This article aims to describe how the implementation disciplinary in educational environment. The research method used literature study through review based on documents. results show there are 10 discipline cultures can be implemented students First, Giving Appreciation when doing good. Second, use positive cues. Third, physical proximity. Fourth, questions get child back into focus. Fifth, repeat directions personally. Sixth, acknowledge redirect. Seventh, provide clear reminder rules. Eighth, choice. Ninth, agreed consequences. Tenth, Using an exit strategy.
